Which EMIs allow SWIFT incoming USD (without reference number)?

Hi,
my company is based in Cyprus (EU).

Unfortunately Transferwise's US partner bank does not work with Cyprus based entities so I cannot accept USD directly to my Transferwise account

I know Revolut for Business accepts SWIFT USD incoming to company's name without a "stupid" reference number.

Are there any other alternatives beside Revolut for Business who accept SWIFT USD incoming?
