Any Suggestions for Banks that work with CBD businesses?

I've been in the process of establishing a business selling CBD products like hemp flower and CBD oil and have tried twice to get a bank account and both times was accepted and then a week or two later told my account was being closed by Risk Management. I already registered my company with the state of Virginia but would be willing to establish my company in another state if they have a bank that takes CBD business. Does anyone know if an EMI could work in this situation or know any CBD...
