As what i studied on this forum and my contact with them, i think flag thoery is more reliable, but both of them are not scam. My situation is to find a bank account for my startup porn business, flag thoery honestly told me that they dont have a solution yet, while tunerlittle reply logic is if they keep pass my application from bank to bank , sure there will be one must accepts the application. But there is situation that the result comes out failure even they tried from one bank to another.
